OBA Outcomes Based Accountability

•    Two day training course for up to 15 candidates.
•    Provision of the supporting “Outcomes Based Ways of Thinking and Working” manual and Mark Friedman’s book “Trying Hard is Not Good Enough”.
•    Half day observation and coaching session supporting each ‘Champion’ apply OBA in practice.
•    Establishment of the cohort of ‘Champions’ into an Action Learning Set and facilitating the first two sessions.
•    Linking into the broader ‘Champion’ network and sharing of good practice. 

The programme can be delivered at times and location to suit your staff, and can be evolved into a ‘train the trainer’ for large cohorts of candidates
