What is OBA
OBA - Outcomes Based accountability is a disciplined way of thinking and moving from ‘talk to action’ quickly that can be used to improve well being across communities and improve the performance of services and agencies.
The OBA model offers tools and a coherent framework for strategic planning, evidence based commissioning and monitoring what works to improve outcomes.

How can we help?
We offer a free meeting to discuss local needs, context and then develop a tailored proposal of work, which can include:
- The OBA
- Champion programme which builds local capacity and ownership.
- Training and workforce development in the OBA approach – achieving long-term cultural change.
- Training the trainers locally in spreading and embedding the tools across services and partnerships.
- Devising an outcome based performance management system.
- Developing an outcomes based commissioning framework.
- Moving towards being a “Good” or “Outstanding” performing authority, the key steps on the journey and how OBA can help.
Outcomes UK is passionate about making a difference to children's and adults lives and is commited to public sector values, high quality services and inspiring others to become outcomes driven.
